Fluid Handling
Kadant's fluid handling unit specializes in the design and manufacture of rotary joints and syphons that meet the needs of a wide range of industrial applications. We are also known throughout the world for our ability to integrate these products with systems, service, and technology to create intelligent solutions.
Rotary joints, sometimes referred to as unions, are mechanical seals used on rotating cylinders to convey steam, water, air and heat transfer oils. In addition we supply auxiliary products, such as vacuum breakers, flexible metal hoses, sight flow indicators, steam and air separators, and fluid handling systems. Most importantly, Kadant is positioned to provide technical support for mechanical and process control projects.
To complete the integration of our products into the process, we offer services including training, installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and analysis.
