Chemical Pulping
Low speed dispersion used in double-loop deinking lines, stickies dispersion, oxidative bleaching mixing, final defibering, and deflaking for difficult wet strength applications. Application-specific solutions for wet and dry broke management including disintegrators and KV™ repulpers and Hydrapulper™ pulping machines with horizontal turbines. Evaporation and recausticizing systems along with the Chemi-Washer® horizontal belt washer offer maximum energy efficiency and support for environmental compliance issues.

Low Consistency Pulping

High Consistency Pulping
Detrashing applications with low and medium consistency pulping in to remove as much as 95% of the total contaminants featuring the Cleaning Poire and Hydrapurge™ reject defibering system. Low consistency pulping using a D-tub and the new generation raised Vokes rotor enable a significant reduction in size and in energy consumption. The Helico® pulper for high consistency pulping is a leading design in the field with several hundred references for many different applications

 

Pulp Washing

Woodyard
The DNT pulp washer is a high-speed double nip thickening machine, using a synthetic wire for the most efficient removal of small ink particles, fillers, and other contaminants less than 100 mm. Equipment for the woodyard featuring the Series 200 live bottom modules, bark shredders, and rechippers. This equipment is designed to economically reduce bark or chip size.
